Wood Choices Product Types Pricing		Product Types Each pen and pencil is individually hand turned and finished. I measure each of the metal parts and turn the wood pen barrels to fit each piece. I do not use any duplicating equipment. Each pen is unique due to the natural variations in color and grain of the wood. The gold plating is 24 kt. with cobalt or palladium added to enhance the durability of the plating. All the pens use standard refills available a most office supply stores. Ink for the fountain pens is available in cartridges at most office supply stores. Bottled ink is available at more specialized stationary stores or from stores that specializes in pens. Flat Top American Style: This style is modeled after the Parker? fountain pen of the 1920’s. This is a nice pen for people who like to write with a larger pen. It is available in several styles Pen : The top of the pen is twisted clockwise or counter clockwise to extend the refill. Pencil: The top of the pencil is rotated clockwise to extend the lead (0.7 mm lead). Rollerball: The cap screws on with ½ twist. It also screws onto the top on the pen to use the pen. Fountain Pen: The cap is the same as the Rollerball. The Fountain Pen is supplied with a blue ink cartridge and an ink pump for customer supplied ink. Round Top European Style: This style is modeled after the Mont Blanc pen. It has a nice curved profile and is slightly heavier than the Flat Top American Style. It is currently available as a pen and pencil. Pen : The top of the pen is twisted clockwise or counter clockwise to extend the refill. Pencil: The top of the pencil is rotated clockwise to extend the lead (0.7 mm lead). Slim Style Pen: This pen is similar to a Cross? pen. This is a nice pen to keep in a shirt pocket and for people who like a thin pen. I is available as a pen and propelling pencil. Pen : The top of the pen is twisted clockwise to extend the refill. Pencil: The gold cap on the top of the pencil is pressed down to extend the lead (0.7 mm lead). (0.5 mm lead is available by request for a limited time) Detachable necklace Pen: This is a nice little pen for people who want to keep a pen close at hand. It has a 30” silk lanyard to go around your neck. The pen easily detaches from the lanyard for use. It operates the same way as the Slim Style Pen BOXES / SLEEVES Sleeves : A burgandy or royal blue sleeve (choose one) is includes with each pen, unless a wooden box is orcered. Sleeves Boxes : Several wooden pen boxes are available at additional cost.
